Review summary

I like cruises and this is the 4th different line we have been on. I would rate HA as number 3. Keep working on it.

It was good except for not having our luggage when we borders..nor were the rooms ready.

Buffet was very typical. Dining was not good at all....service was slow, food was sub-par, no special dinner night the last night (total bummer)....needed some lobster or something. Just not a good culinary experience at all!

Comedy was good. Pool...really weak....fitness room...minimal (you need better equipment).

Our steward was okay. Issue with getting enough ice for beverages.

Everything appeared clean until we had the leak in the hall. Then it smelled of mildew, which leads me to believe this leak has occurred in the past.

It was what was expected. Steward was good at taking care of the cleanliness. The bed...OMG...need a message after sleeping on that thing. Plus, there were items underneath the bed that were left by previous visitors. GROSS.
