Most of the service was great. Had Daniel as our waiter in the Skyline and he was fantastic. We went the last day to get luggage tags and the guy working the front desk, customer service, obviously did not want to be there. He was very rude to the people in front of us and to us as well on the night before we left.

One of the restrooms was ALWAYS stopped up and was never flushed, very unsanitary and grose.

The bathroom shower was so small my husband could not hardly even take a shower. Not much storage.
Ship tip
Very old ship and the ship stabilizers were terrible. Food was ok but certainly nothing to write home about.
Loved Kauai, absolutely beautiful and lots to do. We rented a car and did the Jurassic Park Helicopter ride which was amazing. We also did Capt Andy's catamaran up the Napoli coast and it was good.
