Next time make sure someone covers Bill W. Meetings. I was willing to volunteer but I was turned down because I'm not am employee. Well your employee didn't show up.

Nobody to chair the meetings of Bill W. I wanted to volunteer guest services said I wasn't an employee. Directors excursion on kawai. Not satisfied at all. Needs 100% improvement. Luau on kawai which NCL highly recommended, a big disappointment. To commerical, need to be more native. Like the one on Honolulu.

Did you notify Hotel or Activities director. They have always responded quickly and favorably to us on our POA cruises.
