Review summary

We had an unbelievable experience, but it was your staff that made it that way, in comparison to your ship and ports. You need to consider renovating the ship, fairness in beverage and excursion pricing, and the 20% gratuity on everything. We want to tip the workers, but you charge us too much for everything, so the best part of the cruise, the workers, are uncertainly compensated by us. Also, 36 hours on the Big Island. Pick a port but we didn't have time to explore like Kauai or Maui. E

Service and Staff

Butler, Housekeeper, and others were really nice. This is what you should be proud of.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship design, particularly the pools and Champagne bar area seem old but the room was okay.

All rental car companies need access. Too long of a walk for many and some of us don't care about excursions as we like to drive the island. Keep us in mind.

Hilo, Hawaii

3 out of 5
36 hours in Hilo or Maui for Island explorers.

Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

36 hours in Hilo or Maui for Island explorers.

Nawiliwili, Kauai

Good location for all.

It would be nice to overnight on the big island but its 100+ miles between Hilo and Kona. I love both sides of the island
