Disappointed since didn't go to big island due to volcano & Norwegian didn't give any compensation for loss ports. Not a good cruise.

They do not compensate for missed ports, that is in you cruise line terms and conditions. If the captain decides it is not safe to go to a certain port he or she will skip that port. It is for everyone's safety.
