Review summary

I’ve had much better... there was a problem with the water in the cabins, it didn’t work at night. The American based staff were no where as enthusiastic about their job as others from different countries. All in all, my family had a nice time, I’ve just had better in the past.

There is no drink package nor casino on board, the wait staff seemed to be lazy and not very enthusiastic about doing their job, not all, just some...one morning I was greeted with a “sup” verses a good morning, very typical American Millennial

I agree with the waiters. My friend ordered saying I will have what she is. When they brought my Shrimp Cocktail out but not his, the waiter told him he didn't order one. He argued for a couple minutes. We went about 6 months after the Undercover Boss show on tv. They said they made a lot of changes but I can't imagine it could have been worse.

Foreign staff are so much more attentive. I hope first time cruisers don't think all cruises have such terrible service.
