Review summary

The ports of call each had their own strengths. Two days in Maui and Kauai was too much. The docks themselves were less than appealing. Access to the tours was quick and easy.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The process was quick and easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The a la carte restaurants were good. The food was a tad salty for my liking. Service in general was good. I would not recommend Moderno as an option if considering one of the pay as you go dining options. The Aloha buffet was chaotic and not as clean as other venues.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The Frankie Valle and Las Vegas shows were great. The other entertainers were pedestrian.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Staff were generally very competent, friendly and courteous.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Many of the ladies washrooms were out of order and those that were working were usually dirty. The elevators were small and slow.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The canin though small was very comfortable and clean.

Two days in Maui would be OK. In Kauai, once you see the Fern Grotto, and drive around a little, there is not much else. OK, for those of you who remember Fantasy Island, the restaurant is there and a nice torch lighting ceremony. Kauai is very laid back, relaxing.
