Waiters: from excellent to poor. A couple were "snarky" and not interested in courtesy. Room steward: room not cleaned until 2 pm. Too late for laundry pick -up. Service desk: clean shaven, white man was condescending and never did answer my question. He is the only service-desk person I gave ever found rude.
