Review summary

Buyer beware!!! Don't book with ! They will rip off your promotion from Norwegian. I thought I selected prepaid gratuities when I booked. No record of it. says I was supposed to call to select my promotion even though I booked entirely online. I booked a 7 day Hawaiian cruise for two people and did not get my promised promotion. Neither Norwegian nor would do anything about it. Feels like Bait and Switch to me! Will never use either company again!

You can always go to customer services on the boat and (if you pass the attitude test) fill in a form to get the charge reversed.

I dont understand the comments re "NCL" not allowing references to TAs. This is not an NCL website. If references are removed, it is by the Admin of this board, not NCL. Most cruise boards do not allow references to TAs because it can be a used by TAs who want to promote. If the OP did not get her promotion, it sounds like the TA screwed up.

NCL removes direct mention of travel agencies in reviews. I admit it would be nice to know which ones to avoid, but NCL is playing nice by not allowing picks and pans of other companies in the travel industry on its forums. Perhaps you can find warnings regarding travel agencies on TripAdvisor.
