Review summary

I wrote a very lengthy review that I was unable to save because it was timed out. More time is need to properly document all of the positive and negative issues of this cruise ship and the staff.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Excellent options for dining. The freestyl option was the biggest plus. We were not obligated to a specific time to eat. It was very easy to make reservations for the restaurants and the service was excellent.

Entertainment

The entertainment was the best, but we were unable to attend some to the entertainment because it was in the lounge. The lounge was too small to accomodate all of the guests that wanted to attend the shows.

Service and Staff

The staff at the guest services desk ignored our concerns of banging and scraping noises for 2 nights in our cabin. They only stated that they were unaware of any problems in that area of the ship. We overheard the wait staff and other guests discussing the repairs in the same area of the ship and that they received vouchers for purchases on the ship. We went back to guest services and they continued to deny any problems with the ship.

Ship Quality

More quieter areas, such as the cigar bar and swimming area, are need to accomodate a wider range of guests. All areas of the ship were consistently kept clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin person, Alecia, was the best. She did as great job. She was always smiling and always willing to please. She is the biggest assest we experienced while aboard the cruise ship.
