I would have liked to have paid for purchases as they were procured. The only card accepted for purchases was the room card. I did not like the deficit spending. One had to be careful that one did not spend all one's money on the ship.

The stateroom was very small, and the beds barely accommodated an adult.

Also, there were about six restaurants that required an additional fee. It would have been helpful to have had the safety drill the next morning, instead of the day people were boarding the ship. Many people had had 13 or 14 hour flights.

Pros: Most of the cruise staff were pleasant and helpful

Cons: Could not pay for items as they were purchased. All purchases were billed to room. There were all restaurants that charged an additional fee.

Recommends Pride of America? No.
