Review summary

We were not "provided" with all the information. It took several calls to your agency to get what information was needed. We expected a mail package but found that NCL operates entirely off the internet.

The kitchen has a problem cleaning dishes. There is alot of help but noone is "working". There was a "mobile" service station but you had to beg it to stop at your table. Tables were not cleared or cleaned in a timely manner. However at the end of the meal the area was cleaned.

We noticed later in the week that the cabin steward only changed towels and made up the bed. She did not dust. On first day the shower drain dis not drain and I had to leave a message with her to have it cleared. It was done the next day. Someone must have noticed that the shower didn't drain...
