Less than adequate cruise

Sail Date: May 27, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We felt the ship lacking in every feature. The service in each area was not good, the food was good to poor, we did not really enjoy the "freestyle" as posted, actually beginning with the front desk staff on down there were no "stars"..Our room and our steward-Conrad- was the only positive on the cruise. The shows and activities were
not user friendly. Usually there are small jazz bands or such before and after dinner in main areas to make the waiting pleasant-there were none-I am sure the main focus is on seeing Hawaii and the islands but there were no activities on ship daily for those of us that did not tour. All in all starting with management and going down this was not a cruise we would recommend at all.

Pros: the tours off ship

Cons: The food was terrible, the service slow at best and the restaurants poor quality
