Food and Dining

Buffet style was great with the options of food and options on times. The specialty restaurants were really not much better than the buffet and you had to pay to get in. We did eat at three of the specialty restaurants during the week and was not pleased with the preparation of the food in the steak house, the reservation system in the italian restaurant, and the dress code in the third. In my opinion a guest should be able to wear kaki shorts with a button-up shirt to dinner .....especially since sandals are allowed.

Entertainment

theater was a mix between laughing and almost crying because it was so bad. The magic and comedians were kinda low quality but still entertained. The shows like "the newlywed game' were done well and many guest including myself enjoyed them.

All uniformed personnel were friendley. Did observe several employee's of the ship off duty acting loud and intoxicated around about 100 guests.

Stateroom seems to be a perfect size for two people. It was decorated niceley. We did notice the design of the bathrooms were somewhat flawed in that the shower water covered the bathroom floor from the ship's movement...perhaps a small twin inch time rim around the shower would work well.

Our most favorite shore excurision. Totally remote, secluded area that allows you to feel you are discovering the Hawiian history yourself. It is a physical journey riding a wonderful off-road vehicle and hiking to hidden waterfalls but the amount of persons who take this trip is limited to 12 and it is all remote and natural without all the tourists. The guide Danny was outstanding. The meal was enjoyed at a public park with a beautiful coastline.

Molokini Crater Snorkel.....A+++++. A boat ride, snorkel with exotic fish, snap pictures, another boat ride then snorkel with huge/beautiful turtles, eat a great lunch on the boat, all you can drink ride back to land. Perfect for relaxing without doing any of the hike's through rainforests.
