Make sure to talk to your travel agent about the age group before booking this ship. Really just not enough stuff to do while at sea. There is plenty to do when you dock thats for sure. Thank goodness for that. I had a great time because I was with my husband. The reason we went on the cruise was to go to a wedding in Maui and didn't want to be in Maui for all 7 days. Hope this helps

Pros: Kauai

Cons: Not any activities on the ship for people under 60 years old

Recommends Pride of America? No.

I think if you are 65 or so you might enjoy this ship
Cabin / Stateroom
Our room was a little smaller than the last time we cruised but you don't spend much time in there anyways.
Service and Staff
This is an area they could use help in.
Ship Quality
Very new and clean.
Food and Dining
They charged in 3 different dining rooms. So that leaves buffet every night.
Kahului, Maui
Hilo, Hawaii
Hilo, don't catch the bus to downtown Hilo. There is nothing there.
Don't Miss: Volcano
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii
Nawiliwili, Kauai
