Even though the restaurant board would show availiblity, we were told there was at least an hour (or longer) wait in the main dining rooms. The specialty restaurants were almost impossible to get into. After much complaining we got into the Lazy J, only because another passenger gave up their reservation. The food was just OK in all restaurants. Best was Lazy J. Worst in East meets West.

Entertainment

3 out of 5

Not enough room in bar area (deck 6) to seat everyone. Shows and acts were good. Went to the Spa for a Spa taster (facial/massage) the technician only did the facial.

Service and Staff

Room personel were very nice and helpful. Front desk personel were only able to handle very simple problems.
