Review summary

This was the most disgusting boat I have ever seen. We arrived to a dirty room unmade bed food on our balcony, this was on departure I might add. Many employees of the boat all had been working on the ship for 1 day or less and were as lost as we were (So know help) but they tried I give them that. The food was so disgusting that we were sick 4 of the 7 days of our cruise. Hawaii is beautiful but stay off NCL it is the worst and a large waste of money. and their Customer Service knows it and does not care its all about $$$$ for them. BEWARE we are still fighting our bacterial infection we received from the food on the boat.

I am stil sick...same food every night and if you want to go to a resturant you had to have 6 people or make reservations prior to boarding the ship I think.

entertainment well the one night we were not sick from the food we went down to the main entertainment room and saw students that were on the ships cruise give a dance review. they were cute but I could have saw my daughters at home for alot less money

Friendly oh yes...but they all complained of being overworked and most advised they had only been with this cruise line for a few days and that this was there first cruise. The bus boy in the morning was your entertainment at night.. But they tried with what they had I give them that

The boat was big, but dirty and nothing was opened when you needed it. you had to walk to the other end of the ship to get a drink in most cases

the room would have been nice had I not arrived to a bed that someone else had slept in and there food left on my balcony along with I won't mention the things found in the bathroom

Road to Hana not that great did it in a rental car not alot to see but beautiful trees and plants. Went the Lahani also and that is a beautiful drive along the coast
