Review summary

Enjoyed it. Relaxing. Pity I couldn’t buy a model ship. Out of stock again.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
There was a technical issue so boarding was slightly delayed.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room was good. Not a fan of the crowded Windjammer. Best thing about the Solarium Bistro is it’s less crowded.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
I’m a fan of the Schooner bar. It was difficult to get a seat there unless you got there early. The entertainment was great. Maybe because it was cool outside, most venues were full.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Shows are similar to Quantum’s. Similar themes. Adults only comedian was hilarious.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Can’t fault the staff.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Getting tired.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Same cabin as my last B2B cruise on Quantum. Close access to the lifts. It rattled around the balcony door frame. Hardly used the balcony because it was always wet from sea spray. Just unfortunate. Will still get a balcony.

Need to re-visit. Did the Barossa tour. Visited Jakobs Creek (nice) & Saltram (so so). Spent more time on the bus than the wineries.

Sydney, Australia

Lived there nearly all my life Train to airport was delayed so much that I missed my flight home.

Disembarkation
