trip was good. the ship room was terrible, the play room was right above us. heard stomping feet all the time.

poor play room was right above our room. reported problem on day 3, was offered a new room with only 2 days left. there was stomping feet all day & half the night.

Your anger over this cruise is misplaced. You are blaming the cruise line and ship for something that is your (or your travel agent's) fault. Never book a room with first looking at the deck plans to see what is above or below it.
