Review summary

Ovation is a lovely ship food was fantastic, ship kept amazingly clean, staff all lovely. Be sure you allow plenty of time to get off the ship on port days, we missed our bus(private company) at Wellington. Adults only solarium is a great place till relax but they need more of the lounges not enough to go round. Loved the north Star beautiful way to see NZ coast. The I-fly was fun definitely recommend just wish they would allow more than one go! Lifts can be really slow stairs can be quicker. Dodgem cars fun but the line ups can be huge.

First time balcony just fantastic especially for NZ wont go back now! Our cabin steward was great room always clean and professional service comfort and size both good

Ship tip

Be prepared to wait, allow heaps of time to get off the ship at on shore days, if they have the ticket system it takes even longer

@ellemay if you have the refreshments package or the alcohol package then yes lattes and coffee and everything else ( I forgot exactly what you asked about) is included. Starbucks is the only thing not included.

Drink packages allow all drinks expect top shelf drinks over $14 which incur an extra charge. There is good coffee in two70 for purchase and windjammers and la patessiere I didn't try but also do takeaway coffee.

Hi there. We are cruising on this ship in April. Just wondering if you could tell me if you are able to buy cappacino’s or latte’s? We have the drink package but can not find a definitive answer. We do enjoy a good coffee. Thankyou
