Review summary

The people were great but the overall condition of the ship needed refurbished and updated. The ship itself was also much smaller than I have ever been on. When you are out to sea it is nice to have more things to see and do.

Pros: I loved the smiling faces and the crew congeniality.

Cons: The fact that they charge the gratuties to you for the trip without telling you until the last day. We were tipping for the service as we got it also.

Recommends Oosterdam? No.
