Review summary

Employees not very informed, stateroom not cleaned very well. Late arrivals at two ports. Luggage was mishandled. Overall service was not comperable to past cruises we have taken.

Main dining room was difficult to get in when we wanted to dine. Lido food was not very good, pool area sandwich was always short handed.

Our party of four were all not very impressed with entertainment quality or quanity.

Service and Staff

Staff appeared to not be very informed about much. Service staff very courteous. Casino staff were pretty cold (East block type).

Room was nice, comfortable, not cleaned very well. Same trash on balcony all week.
