My bed I had them try to build it up, it didn't help! I had back pains the whole trip! The obstruct view u WILL never do again! Enjoying my family was bomb!

Never get a GTY room! You usually get a room no one wants for reasons ranging from noise to poor layout/location.

Appreciate your detailed feedback. I can imagine how difficult it is to get beds that match everyone’s preferences. Some need a hard one, others prefer soft. Sorry they couldn’t get yours to help your back. Glad you enjoyed your family.
