Review summary

The port of calls were not the most exciting and visiting 2 private ports really minimized exploring and limited excursion options. The ship lay out wasn't great, the entertainment was okay, service was good but not great. The ship was overcrowded and there wasn't enough staff to service at the level expected. The food was okay as well.

The service wasn't great but this was due to the number of people on the cruise. There was not enough staff for the number of passengers. The staff did the best they could but there were just too many passengers.

Ship design and layout wasn't good. Ship was cleanish but due to the number of passengers it wasn't as clean as one would expect.

Cabin was well laid out and equipped.

Ship tip

When there are 5,100 passengers there needs to be more staff. It really impacted the service overall. It's not the staffs fault that the ship was near maximum capacity.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

Coco Cay was nice but the weather was uncooperative and our excursion was cancelled.

Nice port but access was tough due to traffic. We did the horseback riding and falls climb excursion and it was amazing!

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Port was okay, not much to do as far as sight seeing goes. Did the island escape excursion which was okay. It wasn't as advertised so that was disappointing.
