It was a very reasonable cruise for three generation family getaway. Lots of options for different interests. Group ranged from first time cruiser to well seasoned cruisers. Internet worked well. Loyalty program is a joke. The perks are limited to one instance for the duration of the cruise. For instance the 50% off specialty coffee (excluding Starbucks) is limited to 50% off one cup of specialty coffee over the 7 day cruise ($2.25 one time). If they are going to be that restrictive, they should just eliminate the loyalty program. It is not a deal breaker, but very disappointing and not consistent with competitors. There used to be more drink specials, now only one drink of tHe day. If you are unable to reserve a show you want to see, just go stand in the wait line nearly everyone does get in. A group may not be able to sit together.

Buffet was crowded. Main restaurant and wait staff were great. Food is good. They even had a New England lobster night at no extra charge. That is unusual these days on this type of cruise. Solarium buffet could be nice, but was overcrowded and no enforcement of no kids under 18.

Seems things were scheduled later in the evening. The main shows were very good. Cats is not appealing to everyone. It was very well done. Water and ice skating shows were great. Missed the dance show and could not find an alternative performance time. Some music in public areas is a little too loud.

Aft elevators were over crowded. Forward elevators were under utilized. Some decks were confusing to get from one end to the other. Central Park is nice, but very slippery when it gets wet from rain or condensation. Walkways were difficult to navigate when people using walkers, scooters or wheelchairs were trying to navigate them.
Cabin / Stateroom

Noisy until midnight. Shower is too small for 6’ man. Overall room was very nice. Found balloons under bed from previous occupants. Shows that cleaning under beds is not great. Adequately spacious with adequate storage. Door to balcony did not work smoothly and whistled in high wind.
Ship tip
Avoid Boardwalk Balcony unless you are enjoying the ship activities until after midnight.
We took our luggage with us to disembark. Process was fast, except for a choke point to get downstairs. That area backed up for some reason. No apparent reason for the backup.
