Embarkation

Seamless and quick

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food quality and taste was very good in MDR & Buffet. Windjammer food was pretty good but lacked enough variety compared to other RCCL ships.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We are old enough now to skip most activities but did enjoy watching pool games, water slides, Flowrider and ice skating. I did do Ultimate Abyss that was fun.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
One Sky, Aqua 80, Cats& Frozen in time were all good shows but lacked the ultimate WOW factor typical of RCCL shows. This is epecially true for Frozen & Sky.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent service all around from Cabin Steward to Windjammer staff to MDR staff, all flawless as were any other staff encountered anywhere.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Beautiful & massive ship. Shows its age here & there (rust on a few metal surfaces, outdated & non functioning room thermostat etc) but overall, it is a stunning ship with so much to see & do. Our ship had 5,900 passengers plus over 2,000 staff. Yet, it never felt too crowded!!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Standard balcony stateroom, shows minor signs of age here & there. Thermostat was ancient & non functioning. Mattress barely comfortable. Towels worn out & too thin. I needed extra blanket. It was ugly and old. Closet doors would often slide & bang with ship movements. Bathroom, as usual, had practically no complimentary toiletries but for soap & shampoo. A glaring flaw that continues to persist.

Ports of call

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Lots of fun for younger age group. We just wanted to relax but the lagoon beach was too crowded.

Nassau, Bahamas Did not visit port

Been to Bahama many, many times and it is way too hot. So we relaxed by the pool instead.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Considering the number of passengers getting off, the disembarkation was perfectly organized.
