Service and Staff

The waiter and his assistant in the MDR were wonderful! They brought anything we asked for. Our room steward was great! He was very attentive and served our block of 4 rooms greatly!

Ship Quality

The ship is very well maintained. Shows no wear and tare.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was great for 2 adults. It was clean, well kept and had plenty of storage available. The location is pretty centralized and they are near the elevators. There were no noise issues. We actually had 4 rooms next to each other and the room steward opened the balconies for us. (9686-9692)

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

5 out of 5
This port was easy to get to, felt safe and was very well organized for embarkation as well as disembarkation.

Port Canaveral, Florida

This port didn’t have much to do in the immediate port area. We disembarked to do the Ron Jon’s bus shuttle to cocoa beach. It was busy but we were able to board a bus earlier than our reserved time. Busses were readily available to return to the ship as well. The busses were comfortable and well maintained. Cocoa beach was ok. Not one of our favorite beaches. There was a convenient store on the walk to the beach which I would suggest to stop at to purchase snacks.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
The port itself had many stores and shops to stop at. Once you leave the port area, it was super busy with locals peddling and cruisers sight seeing. We walked to Margaritaville where we had resort for a day tickets. The resort was great, the beach amenities were nice. We felt safe overall, however my children were a little nervous of being approached. Overall it was not bad though.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
The best part of the whole cruise! It had everything you needed! The local vendors were friendly and not pushy. They accepted sea pass cards for purchases. We did not pay to use the water park. The beaches all had chairs available. Included lunch buffet was decent. We enjoyed south beach the most. There were jelly fish everywhere, but no one in our party got stung. Not sure if they were a stinging variety or not.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Quick and easy. Very organized. Only comfusing part was when we were asked if we needed assistance. That actually means are you leaving your luggage outside your door for Royal Caribbean to pick up. I thought it meant do we need someone to help us, so we accidentally signed up for the wrong kind of disembarkation. Guest services were able to fix this easily.
