Although I had a great time I feel like I would have had a lot better time with less people so crowded. Definitely not used to that big of a boat even after being on over 10

We got there on time and it was pretty easy and organized
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
As a picky eater I don’t expect much for my personal preferences on vacation but I was pleasantly surprised on oasis (kinda) I enjoyed how the staff were not judgemental if I ordered off the kids menu because nothing on the main dining menu was bland enough for me😆😆. And if I did order off the main menu and asked for it plain or something removed they were very accommodating. On other boats many would judge harshly. And the staff were also very kind and answered any questions I had. I definitely think the service at dining was better than the food for my taste.
Onboard Activities

Although many activities there were almost NONE that weren’t packed. Believe me I have been on over 10 cruises and most events have many people but not half the boat! Or what it feels like. I understand on such a big ship it’s hard to Get away from people but I also expected more spread out crowds. I definitely think they need to lower their capacity by 2000 😆 I loved karaoke and that’s it the rest w were packed with lines and even with reservations you couldn’t get a seat
Entertainment

The piano man was the best guy there.
Service and Staff

Felt hit or miss. The dining staff were lovely at all the restaurants! Room stewards were also very kind and as well as the spa personnel! Some staff like casino workers or buffet workers seemed irate. But that’s ok.
Ship Quality

Hate the design. Too big and broken up in sections that require going up a floor walking across the deck then going down just to get to where you want. Also way to crowded. Elevators was every man for themselves seemed like they needed about 6 more elevators
Cabin / Stateroom

Very small but expected. The sheets on bed never stayed put so felt the actual mattress a lot which felt gross. Clean though
Respectfully, you should have known the ship was going to be crowded since it is a Mega Ship. I have sailed several times on Allure and Oasis and my expectations were that it was going to be very crowded, which it was. I had a good time since these big ships have a lot to offer. My preference is a mid size ship of around 145,000 tons as opposed to Oasis which is around 220,000 tons. Researching the ship before booking is a HUGE factor in making the right decision on which ship to take a cruise on.
My first cruise in 2015 had 2,200 guest on board and I thought that was too crowded! Can't imagine a ship with 5,000 or more. Sounds like you still had a decent cruise. Thanks for the review.
