Review summary
Overall a great cruise but I won't put myself through the stress of being lied to and not knowing what you have until.you board the ship. Heard bad reports about the menu its simply not true. MDR food as good as ever. Service top notch. Ship was neat and clean some wear issues. Full ship so be patient. So much to see and do. Lots of walking. Room Steward outstanding. Lots of ducks. One sad note. One person hung duck lights on their door. 4th night on the ground ripped in pcs. What's wrong w people. Embarkation very smooth. With the exception of the CASINO, this was a great 50th Anniversary Cruise. Happy wife happy life. However I go to primarily Drink, Gamble and be Pampered. They failed severely in 2 of 3 areasEmbarkation

If you don't gamble this was a great cruise. However the Casino lied about a free drink PKG to get me to go then said once on the ship I didn't have it. It was mine andy wife's 50th anniversary Cruise and the Casino, a licensee, ruined it. I have proof of promised Drink PKG w names at home. After 13 flawless cruises w Royal I will not be doing anymore because they lied. You can forgive many venial mistakes but the mortal ones end relationships NCL and Carnival have far, far, far better cruise deals
