Overall we enjoyed our cruise. Disappointed with main dining food & People certainly didn't dress-up. Wifi pricy for how it worked.

No problems at the pier. Our suitcase arrived to our room with a wheel TOTALLY broken off. It no longer stands or rolls. That was a that was a disappointment.

Main dining food quality was below par. Definitely a decline since our prior cruise. Our table location was right at the prep/staging/clean up area, which was VERY bothersome. We were seated with other people and we were not aware that was going to be the case.
There were PLENTY of open tables on the main dining area. We asked multiple times to be moved to a different location away from prep area and weren't. .
Our server and assistant were WONDERFUL.
Other buffets/restaurants were as expected.

There were plenty of things to do. We enjoyed the style adult Solarium area.
Entertainment

Magician/illusionist, Jason Bishop was AMAZING!
Aeromyth band was okay.
Ice show was enjoyable. The beginning was a bit slow, the end was better.
Very disappointed that Aqua80 show was canceled. We rearranged scheduling of shows to see that and we weren't even told it was canceled.

Jesse - room steward was very friendly and did a GREAT job.
Pelty, main room waiter and assistant, Mayiu were great as well.

Thank you for your review. Should not book a low stateroom expecting an upgrade then be disappointed when it does not go your way. As for your luggage, a real bummer however it was available to you. Our luggage didn't even get to our ship until day 5 of a 9 day cruise last month. How's that for a bummer?
