Review summary

Overall a great experience! I would like to see several phone charging stations on each deck. Also I took a nasty spill leaving the pool one day. People were great about stopping to help, staff offered to call for help as well (which I refused) but I was very disappointed that no one ever checked in to see how I was! We also had someone throw a liquid substance down from a balcony on the Boardwalk one night which landed on my husband. The person then through the empty glass which shattered all offer & really frightened all of us - especially our grandchildren! There was a report filed. My suggestion would be to have more of a security guard presence in the open areas!

Staff was amazing! Food was good! I’d of preferred the buffet have staff at the stations for when people take food & then put it back!

Very comfortable & kept very clean by our room steward Ricardo! My only complaint was it was the very last room - furthest from the elevator which was difficult for my husband who uses a walker. Also it was a bit noisy at night being the end of the ship.
