The cruise was exciting and full of events and things to do for my family. However, Cruise Services on Deck 5 was amateurish. My daughter's room number is 11532. When she looked at the charges on her credit card. She saw a charge of $11,532. Correct this

My daughter was debited $11,532 which is her room number and this debit was not resolved. I want to have it resolved as soon as possible. No one gets a charge of $11,532 which is her room number. Poor Service. I paid for rooms 11532 and 11534. I worked on Wall Street before my retirement. This is horrible service and Guest Servies should be responsible for this error.

Thanks for sharing your cruise experience. It’s important to check your onboard account each day to make sure it’s correct. We check it the last night as well as in the morning before getting off the ship to make sure we are not charged incorrectly.

You need to talk to your Credit Card company immediately. Stop the charges. That will get RC attention.
