Overall had a fantastic time. Boat was recently updated. Stateroom was good. Staff wonderful. Have yet to have a bad experience with staff. To me you choose how your vacation is going to go. We done complain much and are easy going so you’d really have to do something to piss us off. Can’t please everyone! Many things to do one the ship. Food was good overall. Only bummer was next cruise was cancelled. They offered 125% next cruise or full refund. So that was a plus!

We were very hesitant once we sat down and didn’t understand everything on the menu. Our waiter explained everything on the menu one by one. He was phenomenal! Enjoyed the experience until we then learned our following cruise was cancelled bummed but what do ya do? Enjoy the moment!!

Waiters we great. Room steward greeted us every time we saw her. Wasn’t all to impressed with receiving our “invitation” to things until after the fact. But other than that was great experience!

Being a nurse I was so impressed with how staff were cleaning all the time. Hand sanitizers everywhere and making people “washy washy” 😊 their hands before eating in the windjammer. Before entering the MDR hand sanitizers before entering. Very impressed.
Cabin / Stateroom

Small, but it’s what we chose this time. Balcony windows were so dirty from the salt they weren’t cleaned off until our last port stop in Cozumel. Bed was comfy.
What gets me is staff in restaurant’s at the Byscane Bay wore latex gloves touching EVERYTHING outside then foimf behind the bar and touching EVERYTHING without 1. Removing the contaminated gloves. 2. Not washing their hands. DISGUSTING. Needless to say we didn’t eat their.
We purchased the Key. We were able to get off anytime we wanted. How we didn’t know that until that morning when we received our bill hanging on the door. We thought being we were going to carry all of our luggage we were to get off between 7-8am. We started disembarking at 650am. Off the ship by 700. Was very quick. Luckily we were able to check into our hotel as soon as we go off the ship. 🤷🏻♀️. Definitely would go on this ship again! Only disappointing thing was our cruise that was to follow was cancelled. At least got to enjoy the first week!!
