Review summary

Best vacation I have experienced. We will do again for sure!

Embarkation

Had the key and walked right on about 10:45ish. This was our first cruise and it couldn’t have gone smoother I thought. We had the key and it was so nice to eat lunch in MDR and have them take our carryon luggage to our room so we didn’t have to carry it around.

Solarium Bistro

Ate breakfast here a few times during our cruise. Husband liked the inlet station. It was standard really but good. Cannot go wrong with eating breakfast here.

Main Dining Room

5 out of 5

Everything I had was very good and there was a decent variety every night. The desserts were fantastic!! Dining staff was very attentive and very nice. Ate in dining room 4 every night. We also had the key and ate our welcome lunch after boarding that was sooooo good.

Onboard Activities

Did the water slides, zip line, pools and solarium hot tubs. Had fun with everything and lines were not long at all but we did wait til the last day to do the zip line and water slides.

Entertainment

The only real show we seen was Aqua 80’s. The music was fantastic and had a good time. We did enjoy dancing at Boleros and watched the 70’s show and the parade on the last day.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was nice and helpful. We are very low key people so we had no special requests at dinner or anything with our room.

Ship Quality

The ship is gorgeous! Staff was constantly cleaning. Sanitizing the hand rails, tables and chairs as soon as you got up. Very pleased

Cabin / Stateroom

Bed was a little hard, woke up with a sore hip and back a few nights. But I like a softer bed. Wasn’t awful, just like a softer bed is all. Overall room was nice.

Did the Amiga Island excursion. Loved it!! It was amazingly beautiful. Wish we had a little longer to spend on the island but it was so worth it. Laid back and stunning!!

Jamaica was cancelled and we went to Costa Maya instead. Or was so awesome. We loved it and visited the ruins. Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable.

Disembarkation

Had breakfast in the MDR from the Key and was escorted out by a staff member to the gangway. Totally easy and no problem. Our luggage was in a designated area so it was easy to find.
