Overall and outstanding cruise! Some hiccups described above, but it restored our faith in Royal Caribbean after the debacle with our last Royal Caribbean cruise.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Reserved a suite, so able to embark through access for suites. This is great, particularly when there is a line for the main embarkation.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food was great but the service was abysmal at times. The couple with the dining room seating before us was continually late to their table which then made us have to wait for our table. Staff did not enforce the dining time limit, which is very inconsiderate of those waiting to dine.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service was great, other than the issues noted above regarding main dining.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Very clean, very well maintained, and highly focused on additional cleanings to minimize exposures to contagious diseases. This cruise was in the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak and they did a great job screening people and deep cleaning areas.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Very clean, great layout, tons of storage space, decent bathroom with full-size tub.
We flew down the day before. We stayed at the InterContinental Resort (we do not recommend this hotel, It was our first stay at this particular hotel and we will not be back). This hotel is only 10 to 15 minutes from the terminal. However, the city of Miami and its infinite wisdom decided to hold a marathon that day, closing off all of the roads to get to the terminal. Ran into a couple who just returned from a cruise and they were walking for 3 hours from the terminal (with their luggage) to the hotel because they couldn't get transportation. It took us 2.5 hours to get from the hotel to the terminal.
We have been here before so we did not do any excursions other than going into the Royal Caribbean private port. walking around there was okay, but there were only two bar service areas and the lines were ridiculously long.
For the disembarkation, we were told to utilize the access for the suite (we had a junior suite). Turns out our baggage was not tagged for sweets, which meant we were salmon swimming upstream trying to get to our luggage in the main part of the terminal. No problem getting luggage from the main part of the terminal, but when they put you off in a different place and you're going against the flow of traffic it becomes irritating. Staff should have a better understanding of what they're directing people to do. The rest of the disembarkation process was flawless.
