Great ports. Worst cruise i have been on in terms of shipboard service and guest relations.

Review summary

Dinner was a bust most nights. The first night my wife did not get her drink until after the six of us started eating. I got up twice to fill our own ice water glasses. While we made reservations for 700 PM the oasis has this new policy where you still need to check in for dinner. That line was long and on 3 occasions the wait was longer than 20 minutes causing us to miss our reserved show times.

We were on the same cruise and our service in the MDR was excellent. We had 5:30 seating. Actually the service on the entire ship was great! We loved the Oasis so much we booked it again for 11/15....doing back to back cruises. Jump of the Sky Princess & right on the Oasis in FT. Lauderdale.

I was on the same cruise and I think the dining staff is a little loaded down but I also think that they are doing the best that they can.

Be thankful you were able to go! I know things can get aggravating, maybe choose a set dining time next time. It's a beautiful ship

With the multitude of dining options... why would you keep going back to the MDR??? You do realize the definition of insanity right? Lol

Awesome cruise

great experience from boarding to arriving home

The cruise was good.The food at the excursion was cold.The last day of the cruise I never received my bill.There was a lot of mistakes.I’m still fighting with the Oasis about it!!!!!
