Another cool cruise, no issues and loved the new ports. it was good to be back on the original cruise ship, wished we could have caught up to our original staff.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Same process with hotel (Homewood Suites) and eating locations, etc. No issues at all.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Unlimited drink package in full effect of course, and no issues with any of that action.
We looked for our main dinning room staff from our first time on Oasis Of The Seas, but sadly they were not on. This staff was cool, and we had a great experience. The main dinning room food began to not taste as good as on cruises past.
Buffets were still okay, so no issues overall.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Pools and everything onboard were great, no issues.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Everything good.
Children's Programs
4 out of 5
No issues and kiddo loved it.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Good
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Ship started to show some signs of wear, still a great ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
New ports mean OV balcony cabin, everything was on point as always.
Ship tip
On any cruise, bring sanitizer wipes, and sprays, and when your able to go into your cabin for the first time, wipe everything down! normally you don't have your luggage yet anyway, so clean sanitize the handles, phone, remotes, etc, etc, etc.
Went on our own to one of the beaches and to the mountain top. Both were cool, it was not a hot day on the beach, but we enjoyed it. The mountain top was cool, had the banana daiquiri, took some pictures, and bounced.
On our own so of course did the beach with the airport flyover, it was cool, but since so many people were getting hurt the planes were not as close, and when they took off it wasn't the same impact as on YouTube videos, etc.
Still had to experience it, an it was cool.
Hi
I just booked this cabin for 2021 and was wondering if there was any downside to this cabin. I booked for the view of the aqua show and to people watch with my senior mom. Thanks
