For our first cruise, we enjoyed it very much and look forward to more.
Embarkation

Smooth and easy
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food and service in the MDR were very good. Did not try any of the "higher-priced" specialty restaurants simply because they were outside of our budget. We did try the new Portside BBQ and found it to be a great place to eat! Windjammer Buffet was good but very busy was with most people eating there.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Pools were inviting but weather was not good for swimming (cloudy, stormy, windy). Our grandson loved the rock climbing wall and we all enjoyed laser tag. Did not use the fitness center (plenty of exercise just walking the length and breadth of ship!).
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Aqua 80s show was fabulous (saw it twice) as was the Frozen in Time Ice Show. Did not see Cats nor go to any other clubs.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
The grandchildren LOVED it and always wanted to go there!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our room steward was very attentive and nice. Other service staff also. Everyone had a great "service" attitude.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Only complaint some people voiced was that the public bathrooms were untidy and, at times, unclean. Ship's design very functional and easy to navigate once you became oriented. Lots of signage for directions.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
While a bit small for our liking, cabin was sufficient and manageable. Efficient use of space available.
Ship tip
Take the time to explore her and enjoy all she has to offer!
Very nice beaches. Ocean side is very rocky but cove beaches are great! We did not take advantage of much else but resort offers two zip lines, a water slide, a coaster, and some local artisan shops.
Th ed port shopping was great! Mostly jewelry but also some souvenir shops. Several of us took a guided tour around the town and one couple took advantage of the Blue Hole/river tubing excursion -- they had a great time!!
Port shopping options were very good but we did find the merchants there to be a big more aggressive. Some of our family traveled by ferry over to Playa del Carmen to have lunch with friends. Others stayed on Cozumel to go to the beach but were disappointed that they had go pay (ev ed n for a "public" beach) and then the weather forced the closure of all water activities on the island.
