Though we had numerous issues, we still enjoyed the cruise and the staff worked courteously to right the wrongs that happened to us which made us feel much better about all that happened. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Georgina in Guest Services and Iputu in our main dining room were exceptional in their treatment of us!!

Shows great! Machines in arcade room, many didn’t work but we were charged for them anyway and had to spend time at guest services getting charges removed

Size was okay, cleanliness was good. We were without water for awhile in the room and our refrigerator never worked well, water, sodas etc. were always warm, fridge never got cool at all. AC would suddenly get warm and after awhile it would cool again.

Lots to do on board, fun, just be prepared to walk a lot
The guide on our tour talked about politics and religion more than historical facts about San Juan, was very disappointing and at end of tour he informs us he is from New York, not even from Puerto Rico. Tour started hour late so no time to shop after tour
It was a nightmare, got yelled at many times to “move it faster”. I have post polio syndrome and COPD and cannot walk fast because of that but the attendants were yelling constantly to “hurry up “ and “move it”. Was very bad experience.
