This cruise was just not for my husband and myself. It was too large, which may be for some people. We enjoy Celebrity cruises much more b/c we feel like we are treated like they want us to be there.

The main dining room was nothing special. The food was not very good and we selected 'My Time' dining and couldn't be seated when we would show up. We ended up spending extra money to eat at the specialty places, which we were pleased with two of them and disappointed in one.

The pools and hot tubs were great.

Cats was very entertaining, but we weren't able to make reservations at the comedy b/c they sold out before we even got on the ship!

We had a great waiter at the specialty restaurant and the gentleman that served us drinks remembered us all week. Other than that, the employees were not the most friendly. We were not pleased with the service overall.

The layout was great, it did seem clean as well. It is too big of a ship for us though.

It is obviously a large ship, it was too many people for us though.
The embarkation took a while, the system seemed to be unorganized. People were trying to board even though their group hadn't been called. There didn't seem to be anyone trying to stop them.
We missed our excursion b/c of an emergency another passenger had (we were not upset at all obviously, those things happen & we were refunded for our excursion). We just didn't enjoy the stop b/c we really didn't know what to do.
There was a delay with customs that caused everyone to get off late, but once we were able to get off it was awful. Customs took too long when we were getting off since they had two lanes open with 6000 people getting off a boat. I missed my flight that day and had to buy a new ticket because of it.
