Review summary

We called maintenance many times because batteries in the door lock kept breaking and we couldn't get in. Batteries in the safe broke and we couldn't get our passports. Random calls to maintenance. Also, the workers. Ugh. The girl taking care of us was amazing. The rest. Ugh. The pizza guy threw pizza at me. Medical was ridiculous. The people running the rock wall were awful. And if you plan on doing an excursion plan on standing for an hour before doing anything. And they charged my kids for alcoholic drinks, even though my kids had the deluxe drink package. Overall, 1-10. I'd give it a 4.

Bring your own OTC meds. Benadryl specifically. A lot of people were in medical, and medical is hardly ever open, with rashes and they were charging crazy $$ for benadryl

shaunabaker what room where you in? We cruised on the Oasis in June 2017 and had a fantastic time. Nothing even close to the problems you had. Like PatrickBGregory we would go with a 10 out of 10. We had such a great time we booked another cruise on the Oasis last December for this December 16.....🌴🚢🌴

Wow, we didn’t have that experience at all. Where did you stay on the ship? We had two groups on the aft side (Floors 8 & 14) and the room attendants were incredible. We constantly saw people cleaning the ship, power washing, fresh paint on the rails near the running track. Everyone in all the dining areas provided excellent service. We loved the FlowRider, Zipline, & Rock Wall. Everyone was friendly & helpful. We also bought the drink package. Drinks under $15.00 were included, any cost over $15.00 was additional. Sorry to hear about your experience, I suppose mileage will vary, but my wife & I both loved the Oasis (10 out of 10) and have already booked our next cruise on her.
