Review summary

The level of service we have had on past cruises (38) all with under 3000 passengers was far from good. Most of the crew was distant, unfriendly, with some being rude. Trying to get the simplest thing cause running all over the ship because crew members themselves don't know where to find things. We wanted to see what it was about, and left never wanting to do large ships again.

@Stmirli hello 👋 Thank God! I found this because I got attacked after I posted a review about Oasis I feel that Royal Caribbean has people on payroll stalking this site! I can't believe the name-calling and bullying not to mention rude and uncalled comments when pointing out that The oasis of the seas is not the best cruise! This is based on my experiences and I do not care if its bigger that the universe! Geez! 😆

I’m a long time cruiser and felt the same about the Oasis. Will not book a mega ship again due to food, service and cleanliness. I got attacked when voicing my opinions as well. Everyone has their own opinions.

I have been on Oasis twice now. Both times were great. Never had a big issue. Food Staff and ship was amazing. If you needed something ask and they would get it or correct the problem. No fuss no muss.
