Great cruise with much to do. You will only be bored due to your decisions. Good food, good photos and shows and mingle with the people. The All access tour is great.

Wish we had been able to get the wheelchair assist before the first room. Got one after passing through the metal detector. Otherwise it went well.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

So many choices. Mainly dinners in the main dining room, The Grand. We were treated so well and they were so attentive. One night in the my time dining room and it was not at all the same....rush rush rush. Windjammer was good, not sure I like corned beef hash with onions and pimento however.

Solarium Bistro

Loved the food and service. For dinner the appetizers are serviced buffet style so you can pick and choose as is the dessert. You select your entree. Great view and space.

Onboard Activities

Went to the ladies pamper party at the spa, it was very crowded but informative.

Whirlpools

I went to the adult whirlpool the had the infinity view. Not too crowded and relaxing.

Entertainment

The shows were really good. Please make reservations.

Service and Staff

I called guest services to find out what the islands I was seeing were called, the lady stated she did not know and that was something guest services did not know. I asked if anyone on the ship knew where we were and she said no and hung up. I then was going to raise H*LL and neighbor told me to look for the bridge channel on the TV, why did guest services not share that tidbit? Otherwise very helpful and friendly people.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was good, it was a connecting cabin and I could hear the people next door enter because of it... not a real issue but to people who want quiet it may be. Large balcony was great, got to see so much. Safe would not open, called and maintenance replaced the batteries.

Get an umbrella, 10.00 but worth it. Use the trolleys to get around.

went on a trolley tour not through the cruise line for 25.00 per person. Awesome and very informative. Learned so much about the people of Jamaica too

Went on Tulum Ruin with beach break. The ferry was okay but did not like the constant hawking of goods and such. The bus ride was good and ac was good. The ruins were crowed but good. Beach break we got back in the bus and drove over to another area with a buffet lunch (good too) and a beach with clean changing area/bath rooms and bar. Then back in the bus to port and a rushed walk to catch the ferry for the return ride. Overall it was great and the tour guide was awesome.
