We had an issue on our last cruise where the onboard credit from our agent did not come through. The ship allowed us to call the agent on their dime and it was straightened out (I think we had to call two times because we were unable to get ahold of our agent the first time). Sorry you did not get your credit. I know I was very angry when ours did not initially show up. As stated above, it is good to have proof of your benefits, but for us it ended up well because they allowed us to call our agent.

Gee we never had a problem on any of the ships with on board credit. Sorry that happened to you folks

What room were you in?

I’m so sorry that you had a bad experience. It’s my sister’s favorite ship and I’m anxious to try it in Sept. 32 days.

Where was the OBC from? A travel agent, pre purchased, or booking incentive from RCCL?

Always bring a proof of everything you paid for and got for free or as a gift. It would’ve been easily resolved. mistakes happen.

When you book a cruise through the cruise line on your reservation papers that you initially get states your onboard credits if it’s not on there you should have contacted cruise line or your travel agent don’t wait to you get on board to try to fix things sometimes it doesn’t work out enjoy cruising I love to cruise

Did you call you agent? Or book any excursions via your account?
