Review summary

So much to see and do. The entertainment was great.... food wonderful... staff perfect. However the disembarkation was a nightmare. It left a bad taste in your mouth at the end of a super trip otherwise.

Ship tip

Be sure to check out Central Park... what a perfect place to relax if you don't want to be poolside.

If you like raw oysters, this is for you. Up a couple streets from the pier, they chuck 'fresh, right from the sea' oysters for you. Several cement 'chucking-stations'... you can't miss it.

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

Took a LOOoooooog time to disembark. This was the only negative to the entire trip. Don't understand why it wasn't better organized.

Being on all the oasis class ships except the symphony which I’ll be on next July never had a problem getting off the ship and did not carry my luggage off if you don’t have a flight to catch early then chill out in your cabin go get some coffee or find some breakfast I love to cruise

On the big ships it takes a while for that many passengers to get off of the ship. We learned after sailing on the Allure of the Seas to carry our own luggage off. We get off of the ship first-- between 7-7:30. Just remember that there will be no one to assist you with your luggage. You have to be able to manage it by yourself. No porters.

We always get off the ship 🚢 ourselves. We take our own luggage and we get off first.
