Review summary

Good news: ports and excursions were fun. Balcony was fun since we had three rooms connected. Food was adequate and shows were really good. Bad news: they lost luggage between boarding of the ship and our room! No clothes the entire trip. They don’t sell appropriate clothes on the ship unless you wear T-shirt’s with a big Royal Caribbean logo or shorts with fringe. They offered $300 to replace thousands of dollars lost. Be careful while walking around the ship on slippery floors. I fell and broke my tailbone. My mom also fell and got a concussion. We met a lady in the elevator that was leaving on day 2 because of a fall and she was worried about a break in her pelvis.

Lost luggage. Never found it. No cloths the entire cruise. A lot of time wasted trying to locate it. Spent hours (not exaggerating) at customer service.

Stateroom attendant and dining service were excellent. Medical was just ok.

Ship Quality

It was clean, but the floor was wet by the carousel and I fell and broke my tailbone. I had higher expectations for the medical personnel, unfortunately.

Ship tip

Don’t let your luggage out of your sight. They lose one per cruise apparently! Wear water shoes on the boat so you don’t slip. Yeah, I didn’t think this stuff would happen to us either.

Omg I’ve never heard of such bad luck. Always travel with insurance & we have 2 luggage tags on each suitcase with all of our information as well as the plastic luggage tag holders for the RC tags from Amazon that come with a locking wire too. They closed the boardwalk & Central Park until the staff got the floors dried & safe after it rained when we were on the ship.

Is that all true? Hard to believe a broken tailbone and concussion and then someone else with broken pelvis. Well hope you are all doing ok.
