Review summary

Overall, the cruise was awesome. There was no shortage of activities, from the Broadway show “Cats”, comedy shows and movies by the pool to flowriders, rock climbing walls and the zip line. The food was great, particularly Izumi and 150 Central Park.

Port Canaveral may have some kinks to work out. I may have arrived at a high volume time (11:30AM) but it did take considerably longer to check in than on my previous Oasis and Allure cruises out of Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Considering the volume of guests they are serving, the food in the main dining room was very good. There was a nice selection including vegetarian entrees.

As a platinum member I was directed to the Opal Theater to wait for instructions. I enjoyed complimentary coffee and assorted pastries, however it seemed as if they had forgotten about us.
