Review summary

would never go on this ship again. The food was sub par, the air conditioning did not work in any of our cabins. The whole reserving a deck chair was not enforced until the last day, people were reserving chairs at 5 am but if you did it on the last sea day, they took your stuff away. If you are going to enforce it, start with day 1. The ship was way to large and to many people.

Giving this a 3 only because the drinks were excellent. The food was sub par in every restaurant.

Pools were a 1.0 to crowded and not enough chairs. People were reserving them at 5 am and not showing up until noon.

the staff was excellent very friendly

the rooms were not that clean. the carpets needed a good shampooing .

it was clean and the size was good but the air conditioning did not work at all. we would wake up in the middle of the night sweating.

If the ac wasn’t working, why didn’t you call guest service to complain? And if people were hugging chairs, why didn’t you address the problem with an employee? The Oasis is a big ship, so of course there will be lots of people and on top of that you cruised during spring break. Lots of complaining about things that you could’ve address to guest service and that would’ve been resolved easily.

You just said that the rooms/cabin was clean and the size was good and then contradicted yourself below by saying the rooms were not clean. Well which one is it?

Did you call Maintenance- very hard to believe they did not address this? Were you in a balcony? Did you shut and latch the balcony door? If the balcony door is unlatched the ac will not kick on Spring break is not a good time to go on this ship Most people love it Had none of these issues when we went on
