The specialty restaurant chops was great the main dining room left a lot to be desired from getting food cold not getting food at all and green molded lemons on our shrimp coctail. They were VERY slow I had my waiter made ss my cup when pouring me a cup of hot tea and it went all over. Very disappointing week.

I did go to the pool twice. The pool needs repairs pieces are coming off and spots in the center were black

We went to see 7th heaven. They were great We all totallt enjoyed the show that we didn’t go to a planned show to do so we could see them again. On the sixth day/night there was little to do except all the sales they had. They should move that to the last night

I was disappointed with the waiters as I stated earlier and the room steward wasn’t much better. There were coffee stains on the counter for two days I asked for a blanket which I never received and when I was on the freedom we had a towel animal every night on this ship we had three. I tought with this ship being bigger I thought it would of been better. I was really wrong. They ran ou of purell at the silk dining hall and there was a gentleman giving everyone the purell from a bottle. Twice there was no one there but the bottle on the table so I used it and then everyone came up to me to get some and I couldn’t walk away until the staff member came back. Unacceptable. Also YOU SHOULD NEVER RUN OUT OF PURELL IN FLU SEASON especially as bad as it is this yesr also UNACCEPTABLE

I thought with a superior balcony it would of been bigger. The bed was comfortable the room was fine it just needs a plug in the bathroom

I had the same experience. In addition to the lousy cruise the flying now is a very bad experience. The Orland Airport is insane. The price of the air fare is almost as much as the cruise and you are stuck for hours like a sardine in a can. This is not what fun should be. I experienced most of the same problems but they are replacing the beds and mine was hard as a rock and very bad on my back. The steward said they were moving the foam from the beds.
