Review summary

I think there are just to many people on this boat. I have never been on a cruise where guests were stabbed, there were bar fights, we spent 5 hours in an unscheduled port so arrests could be finalized. One morning security dressed like “swat” locked down an entire floor looking for a male guest. The guests in the suite next to us continually smoked on their deck, when we reported it nothing was ever done even though this is a fire hazard. It ment we paid for a deck we could not enjoy.

I had a suite so it was very easy and quick. I am very glad i didn’t have to wait in the regular line, it was hours long.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The first night we went to Chops, the food and service was excellent. However, because it was New Years Eve the extra charge was $160.00 for 2. We had the bar package, I was very disappointed in the service we received when we were at the pool, deck, lounge, etc areas I think we only had a server approach 2-3 times during the entire cruise (they were well tipped). If I had to go to the bar, then only the std tip was given. We never went to the buffet’s (yuck). Did frequent the sandwich shop on Park Avenue and it was good.

Room Service*

The woman working there was rude and treated us like we were wasting her time by asking about the cupcake decorating class.

Entertainment

Most of the aerobic equipment is broken, when I asked about this I was told it has been broken for a long time.

There is a nice quiet deck that you can access via the running track.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Zip line, was ok I have done better at other places. The island is ok. The food was marginal, it reminded me of what would be served at the windjammer.

Disembarkation

We had our luggage valet through to the airline. It was worth the money. Sin ce we had a suite we were able to expedite disembarkment.
